1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

(Within the United States)

Please allow at least 3 business days for us to process your order. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, leave us a message with your order number and contact your local post office. 

2. What is the difference between a Full Lace Wig and a Lace Frontal Wig?

- A Full Lace wig has lace interior throughout the hair.

- Lace Frontal wig has lace earloe to earlobe 13 by 4  with wefts in the back.

3. Are the knots bleached and plucked?

- We do customize wigs per request via email however frontals and closures are not bleached or plucked. We want your hair stylist to to provide the best experience customized to your liking.

4. What is the difference between the Virgin and Raw Indian Hair.

- Virgin Hair is Processed, Grade 7A hair and can last up to 3 years with good maintenance.
- Raw Indian hair is Unprocessed, 100% Multiple Donor Bred, our top quality hair, and last up to 5 years
- Both types of hair has a fine grade and has awesome quality.

5. How many bundles should I get?

- It honestly depends on the size of your head, the desired style, the desired volume/thickness and whether you have a  closure or frontal.

- We recommend 3 bundles for a natural approach.

-  For fullness we recommend no more than 5 bundles.
